A 50% deposit
is required to confirm a booking
A nominal damage deposit is also generally required.

85 foot cliffs in the
yard may not be appropriate for small children.
Pets are okay to bring
but not really encouraged — little ones can become prey to local
eagles, coyotes, and other predators, and big ones disruptive for
smaller wildlife.

The prime summer weeks
are those beginnning on
